Shipping Policy
1. Shipping information
Ulvaronix is an online clothing shop. We want customers to have clear delivery information before completing a purchase. Delivery options depend on the products ordered and the address entered at checkout.
2. Delivery destinations
The destinations available for shipping are shown during checkout. If your country or address cannot be selected for delivery, we are not offering shipping to that destination through the current checkout options.
3. Shipping prices
Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed before you place an order. The checkout total shows the shipping charge, if any, together with the product prices and other charges required by law.
We do not promise free or flat-rate shipping unless that offer is expressly displayed for the order concerned.
4. Processing and delivery estimates
The delivery information for an order is provided during the buying process. Any displayed delivery estimate takes account of the relevant product and destination. If a delivery issue arises after ordering, we will contact you using the details provided with the order when reasonably possible.
5. Address information
Please enter your name and shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact info@ulvaronix.com promptly. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
6. Delays or delivery problems
If a shipment appears delayed or you have not received your order, email info@ulvaronix.com with your order details. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights if delivery is late, not completed or otherwise not in line with the sales contract remain unaffected.
7. Missing or damaged deliveries
If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us as soon as practical. We may ask for information that helps us understand the issue, such as the order number or photographs of the package. Providing photographs is not a condition for exercising mandatory consumer rights.
8. Returns
Delivery of an order and return of a product are separate matters. Information about cancelling an online purchase, returning items and receiving refunds is available in our Returns & Refunds page.
