Returns and Refunds
1. Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer buying goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the statutory timing rules for the final delivery apply.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. An exception applies only where the law permits it; ordinary clothing is not automatically excluded merely because you selected an available size or colour.
2. How to notify us
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period ends. You may notify us by email or by post:

Please identify the order and the items concerned so we can process the request. You do not have to give a reason. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the notification deadline.
3. Returning goods
After notifying us of a withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you communicate your decision to withdraw, unless another arrangement is agreed.
Please contact info@ulvaronix.com for the correct physical return destination and practical return instructions before sending the parcel. This request for instructions does not limit your right to withdraw, and you do not need our approval to exercise that right.
We ask that returned items are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit. You may examine an item as you would reasonably do in a physical shop; you are only responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, to the extent provided by law.
4. Return shipping costs
The allocation of direct return postage costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal must follow the information provided to the customer before purchase and applicable law. If the seller is legally responsible for return costs, those costs will not be charged to the consumer. Any legally required return-cost information must be given before an order is placed.
5. Refunds after withdrawal
If you withdraw from a qualifying purchase, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order, where applicable under law. Additional amounts paid only because you chose a more expensive delivery method need not be reimbursed beyond the statutory minimum.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.
We will generally use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee by us for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your rights are different if an item is defective, damaged, not as described or incorrect. In that case, please contact info@ulvaronix.com with your order details and a short explanation of the problem. The legal rules on conformity of goods and consumer remedies apply, including any remedy or return cost that the seller must provide under law.
A statutory claim for defective goods is not limited by the 14-day withdrawal period.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer another available size or item, contact us to ask about the options. An exchange is subject to availability and agreement, and this does not affect your statutory withdrawal or consumer rights.
8. Model withdrawal form (optional)
You can use the following model form, but you are not obliged to do so. Any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient.
