1. About Ulvaronix

These Terms of Service explain the conditions for browsing our website and buying products from our online shop. Please read them before placing an order. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by these terms.
2. Products and product information
We offer clothing and textile garments through our online store. Each product page provides details about the item, available options and the applicable price. Please check the description and any size, care and fibre-composition information before ordering.
Product pictures are intended to show the item as clearly as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We aim to keep product information accurate and will correct mistakes when they are identified.
3. Prices and charges
The price of each item is displayed on the product page. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory costs, where relevant, must be shown before you submit an order. You will be able to review the total amount during checkout.
We do not add undisclosed compulsory charges after a purchase has been completed. Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed, but changes will not alter an already concluded contract unless the law permits it.
4. Placing an order
To order, select your product and its available options, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Before confirming your purchase, check your items, quantities, delivery address and payment information. The checkout allows you to review your order before submission.
After submission, you may receive an automated acknowledgement that your order was received. Such an acknowledgement does not by itself necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A sales contract is formed when your order is accepted under the checkout process and the confirmation we send you.
If an item becomes unavailable or there is a material error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the available options and handle any payment already received in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Your chosen payment service may apply its own terms and security checks. We do not ask customers to send payment details by ordinary email.
Payment processing and any payment-related fees will be disclosed before completion of the order where required. Your legal rights relating to refunds and faulty goods are not limited by the payment method selected.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations that are available for selection at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed before the order is placed. Delivery arrangements depend on the destination and the product ordered.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ulvaronix.com. We will try to assist, although a requested change may not be possible after dispatch.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase of goods within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to exercise this right, the return procedure and how refunds are handled.
Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or other legal remedy.
8. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, contact info@ulvaronix.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We will handle the request according to the consumer protection rules that apply to your purchase.
Legal rights to conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation and reimbursement, where applicable, remain unaffected. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
9. Using the website
Please use our website lawfully and avoid actions that interfere with its operation or other users' access. Product images, website design and written content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access to the website does not give visitors permission to reproduce or commercially use content without the rights holder's consent.
10. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the shop accessible and product information current. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control. We will not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Liability and consumer rights
Our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights relating to goods, remain unchanged.
12. Applicable law
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence where those protections apply. This clause does not deprive consumers of rights granted by mandatory law.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update the terms for future visits or orders when necessary. The terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively to your disadvantage without a lawful basis.
